At BookMyAura, we respect your right to control your data.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
Step 1: Open the BookMyAura app and log in to your account.
Step 2: Go to Settings → Advanced Settings.
Step 3: Tap on Delete Account and confirm your request.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- User profile information
- Partner or business profile (if applicable)
- Uploaded images and documents
- Booking and service history
- Authentication data
Data Retention
Some transactional or legal records may be retained for up to
90 days where required by law or for fraud prevention.
After this period, the remaining data is permanently deleted.
Processing Time
Once you submit a delete request, your account will be reviewed and
deleted within 7 working days.
You will be automatically logged out after deletion.
Important:
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Please make sure you have saved any important information before proceeding.
